What do we offer as part of the service?
We create a transaction plan from the legal, tax and labour side. We support and develop the due diligence process of the company to be sold or acquired. We support and represent clients in negotiating transaction terms (including term sheet, letter of intent).
We prepare and negotiate the contract and other transaction documents. We verify the compliance of transactions with national regulations, as well as representation before antitrust and regulatory authorities.
We represent clients in disputes relating to the settlement of transactions as well as the performance of all post-trade obligations (post-closing liabilities).
